
MyPartnering is a web application which enables to organize one-to-one meetings, aimed at finding new clients or suppliers, setting up partnerships, or looking for investors and licensing opportunities, etc. These meetings will take place in separate stands in a dedicated area of the pavilion of Food-Ing International and Nuce, taking place from 25 to 27 September 2012 at fieramilanocity.
MyPartnering is a highly efficient system (already tried and tested successfully in other sectors, such as biotechnologies and renewable energies), which enables to optimize time at the fair, and meet qualified delegates from the food&beverage and nutraceutic sectors.
How does it work?
After registering for the service, participants must fill in their profile with the data of the person delegated to take part in the meetings: the more detailed the profile (description of company activities and products), the easier to be identified by other registered participants. Participants must also indicate their availability in terms of dates and times, and publish their profile.
About one month from the beginning of the fair, the partner search functions will start up, so that each registered participant will be able to find profiles they are interested in, with which to set up appointments, without worrying about dates and times for the same meetings: MyPartnering will manage the agendas of the participants and will identify the best day and time for each meeting.
Last, but not least, a few days before the fair, each registered participant will be able to consult his agenda in his online profile on MyPartnering, print it and bring it to the fair, where the appointments will take place.
Registration for MyPartnering will open in the first half of 2012.
